Terms & Conditions of Contract of Service
Deposits are 50% of the total ammount agreed upon, up to a maximum ammount of $300 unless other arrangements are agreed upon by BMR Enterprises.
For advance deposits and full payment, You can mail us a check or money order. You can also use a credit/check card with PayPal. Or you can pay us cash when we meet with you to discuss your event. If agreed upon in advance, we will accept final payments at the event in cash or check. To reserve a date, simply contact us and we will hold it pending confirmation of date.(Up to 7 days)Deposit must be received at least 60 days prior to event. If we do not receive a deposit we will continue to hold the date for you unless someone else makes a deposit for the same date. You will be notified if someone else request your date. At that time you will have five additional business days to make your deposit. If the event is within 60 days of your request of service. A deposit may be required with no option of refund to hold the date and will not be guaranteed if no deposit is received. If you wish to cancel the event. You must give us at least 60 days notice to receive a full refund. Otherwise you forfeit the minimun required deposit. Any other pre-paid fees will be returned.

Reasons we need a deposit:
We test our sound & light systems prior to each event and may need to repair or replace parts, which can be expensive. We also may have to purchase additional music or electronics for your event. And sometimes members of our Crew have to make special arrangements in order to DJ your event. So if we prepare for an event that get's cancelled, we lose time and money.
